What are steps I need to take to take advantage of this Program?

Call us and arrange to visit our models. If you are interested only in a straight rental i.e. no interest in future ownership, we do have some limited opportunities for you. In that case, our representatives will review our standard lease and related forms with you and take a deposit.  If you are interested in the Lease-to-Own program, our representative will arrange a meeting with our sales agent to execute both a lease and a sales contract with a deposit. Your sales contract deposit is refundable and You decide if you want to buy. It’s your option and there’s no risk to you.
